Returning Items to Us

Returns Policy

We've done our best to keep everything as simple as possible when it comes to our returns policy and product warranty. The information below explains exactly how it all works.

Our returns process is really straightforward: If you have a garment that is faulty or doesn't fit, please contact customer services to obtain a returns number (RMA) and a return postage label and send it back to us as soon as possible. 

If you do need to return an item to us, you must include the RMA number (inside or outside the packaging is fine), so your return can be processed properly.

Once we have checked it over we will either issue you with a replacement it or a full refund - it's your choice!

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
  • Please return the item to us in its original condition. All labels must remain attached.
